Reference
This section is where you will find the material that Brighton Aikikai students will want to refer to on an ongoing basis.
Recommended Books
The club instructors use the Christian Tissier series and Saito’s volumes which alas are now hard to find and expensive. For a single volume on Aikido, the best is probably “Aikido” by Kisshomaru Ueshiba. For general background, highly recommended for all students of the Ways:
- Go Rin No Sho by Miyamoto Musashi
- The Art of War by Sun Tzu
